Büro brings five levels of flexible office space to Alexandria, designed by smart design studio as the transition between the suburb's conservation area and the emerging density of Green Square. Off-form concrete, sand-blasted octagonal columns and polished floors carry the precinct's industrial character. The project also dedicates 1,270 sqm of land to the City of Sydney for public gardens and laneways.
