Orwell worked with Woods Bagot on an Early Contractor Involvement basis to shape the project before construction began, contributing to buildability and detailing from the earliest stages of design. Now under construction on a north-facing hillside in Bondi, the four residences will each sit above a single-level hydrostatic basement with dual car spaces and generous storage, behind a full-brick façade softened by landscaping. Travertine will run through the floors and extend across the walls of the expansive bathrooms, with a bespoke lighting design developed to work with the architecture inside and out
