Cedar on Collins is a retirement village in the heart of Kiama, a hundred metres from the ocean. Orwell delivered the project for Fresh Hope, turning a sloping coastal paddock into five separate buildings holding 56 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with contemporary layouts, considered finishes and generous natural light.
