Stack Works is a vertical industrial estate on Ricketty Street in Mascot, designed by Place Studio. Warehouse and storage units are stacked across multiple levels, alongside a ground-floor showroom and on-site parking. High-clearance floors and drivable access allow medium rigid vehicles to reach tenancies on every level, bringing the logistics of a traditional industrial estate into a compact urban footprint. Orwell is delivering the project as principal contractor.
